Epassi
Setting up Epassi as a payment method. Works with EUR and SEK currencies.
Overview
Epassi is an employee benefit card for sport and culture services. Epassi is available in Finland (EUR) and Sweden (SEK). Each country requires a separate merchant agreement with Epassi and its own settings in the checkout.
In Sweden, Epassi is only available if products are sold in SEK. Finland (EUR) and Sweden (SEK) settings are fully separate in the checkout.
Signing up as a merchant
Finland
- Sign up as an Epassi merchant at epassi.fi/fi/palveluntarjoajalle/liity.
- Once the agreement is in place, find your Site ID in the Epassi admin panel at services.epassi.fi/service_provider/sites under Toimipisteet (Sites).
- Request your MAC Key from Epassi customer support.
Sweden
A separate agreement with Epassi is required for Swedish operations. Contact Epassi customer support to set up the contract. You will receive a Site ID and MAC Key the same way as for Finland.
Setup in checkout
Enter the credentials provided by Epassi in the checkout payment settings, separately for each country.

Epassi payment is only available for products with the Allow payment with employee benefits setting enabled. Remember to activate it in the product settings.
