Integrations
Tracking pixel and course platform integration settings.
The Integrations page has two tabs: Tracking and Course Platforms.
Tracking
Tracking tools are only activated if the customer gives analytics consent at checkout. See: Sales Tracking — Overview
Analytics consent
At the top of the Tracking tab there is a setting Ask for analytics and tracking consent at checkout.
- Enabled (default, recommended): A consent checkbox is shown in the billing form. Tracking scripts only load and server-side purchase events are only sent after the customer ticks the box. This is required in GDPR regions.
- Disabled: No consent is asked from the customer. Tracking scripts load for every visitor on entry to the checkout, both client-side events (PageView, begin checkout) and server-side Purchase events are sent for every order. Use this only if you have a legal basis for it — you are responsible for compliance.
The toggle defaults to enabled. When no tracking technology is configured the setting has no effect.
Tracking technologies
Course Platforms
Enable the course platform integrations you use and configure their settings. Once enabled, the corresponding post-purchase actions become available for products and offers.
