Abandoned Checkout Emails
Automatically send reminder emails to customers who start but don't complete a purchase. Recover lost revenue with an optional discount code incentive.
Abandoned checkout emails automatically reach out to customers who began a checkout session but never completed payment. You configure the timing, email sequence, and optional discount incentive. The platform handles sending, tracking, and unsubscribe management.
Enabling the Feature

Email Sequence
Each email in the sequence has its own subject line and content, configurable per checkout locale. Email content is built with blocks:
- Checkout link — Required. A call-to-action button that takes the customer back to their checkout.
- Order items — Required. Shows the products the customer had in their session.
- Discount code — Conditional. Shown in the designated email and all subsequent emails in the sequence (see Discount Codes).
- Image, text, banner — Optional. Additional blocks for customizing the message.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. When a customer clicks it, they are opted out of all further reminders for that order. Unsubscribes are tracked in the analytics.
Discount Codes
You can include a one-time discount code in one of the emails in the sequence as an incentive to complete the purchase.

Each customer receives their own unique discount code, generated automatically. Codes are single-use. If a customer has already received a code in an earlier email, the same code is reused in subsequent emails.
