Organization status and danger zone operations.

Organization Status

The Organization Status toggle controls whether your organization is active. When the organization is inactive, all checkouts are closed and customers cannot make purchases.

To activate your organization, you must first complete your billing settings: add a payment method and fill in all required billing contact details. See Billing for details.

Only owners and admins can change the organization status.

If your organization is suspended due to unpaid invoices, checkouts remain closed regardless of the active status. Pay outstanding invoices in billing settings to restore access.

Organization Deletion

Deleting an organization permanently removes all its data.

This action is irreversible. Consider backing up your data before proceeding.

An organization cannot be deleted if:

  • It has outstanding invoices — resolve all pending payments first.
  • It has unbilled sales in the current billing period — invoices are generated automatically on the 1st of each month. You can deactivate the organization to stop new sales in the meantime.
